How to Delete Your Personal Data
At BoxNBite, we respect your right to privacy and provide simple ways for you to delete your
account and personal information from our systems. Below are two methods you can use to request data deletion.
Method 1: In-App Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data directly from within the BoxNBite mobile app. Follow the steps
below:
- Log in to your BoxNBite account using your registered email or Google sign-in.
- Tap the account icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the menu options.
- Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account option.
- You will be asked to confirm your choice. Tap Submit Request to proceed.
Once your request is received, our system will begin processing your account deletion. Please note that:
- Your account will be deactivated within 48 hours.
- All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 3 months.
- Some data may be retained in backups or for legal compliance, as outlined in our Privacy
Policy.
Method 2: Request via Email
If you prefer, you may also request data deletion by emailing us directly. Please include the following information
in your request:
- Your full name
- Phone number (optional, but helpful for identity verification)
- A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and associated data

Our support team will respond within 5 business days to confirm the request and begin the deletion process.
